Our Summer Analyst Program is designed to provide students the opportunity to be a part of an already strong team in a challenging, dynamic, growing environment. The Summer Analyst Program will be based in our headquarters in New York, NY, and will run from mid-June to the middle of August.

Interact onsite with clients and attend, alongside thought leaders across the discipline, industry specific networking events as a representative of Townhouse Partners.

Real Work

Integration into our projects as an active contributor which will provide you with valuable skills and experiences that will last.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking smart, curious, and dedicated junior and senior level students with a passion for real estate, enrolled in undergraduate degree programs at an
accredited university/college. Successful candidates will be team-oriented with excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills.

Preference will be given to students enrolled in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related programs.
