We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our team. We guarantee a fast-paced and challenging environment where the successful candidate will grow and continue learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate finance. You will become part of a group of Associates with the ultimate responsibility of managing the full cycle underwriting process and growing multiple client relationships.
The Senior Underwriter will be an integral member of a team focused on the origination, structuring, underwriting and monitoring of commercial real estate-secured term loans and commitments for our large bank and financial institution clients.
We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter professional with at least 3 years of hands-on underwriting and portfolio management experience. Underwriters will be responsible for working with internal partners and senior associates to underwrite new transactions and manage the existing portfolio of loans.
We are seeking interns to join us in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Our interns actively participate in project teams, collaborating with and assisting other members of the deal transaction team. Responsibilities encompass conducting research using online resources and subscription services to gather pertinent data, constructing cash flow models, preparing supporting work papers, abstracting legal documents, and contributing to the creation of client deliverables. Additionally, the role involves utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus.
